Armenia
Armenia's pair records a single claim and its capital. Etchmiadzin holds the mother church of the Armenian Apostolic Church, whose state adopted Christianity in 301 and is generally counted the first to have done so; Yerevan is older than Rome by a decade or so on the evidence of a cuneiform foundation stone dated 782 BC. Two entries, one of the world's oldest continuous religious institutions and one of its oldest continuously inhabited capitals.
