Uruguay

Uruguay's four entries are a single coastline read at four speeds. Colonia del Sacramento changed hands between Portugal and Spain repeatedly enough that the street plan records the argument; Montevideo is a capital that behaves like a seaside town; Punta del Este is the continent's oldest established summer season; and José Ignacio is what people went to when Punta became crowded. The country contributes the South American resort in its complete form.
