The quarter below the castle burned in 1541 and was rebuilt in baroque by the Catholic nobility who took the confiscated estates after the White Mountain, which is why it is stylistically the most consistent part of Prague. It survived the twentieth century largely because it was beneath the notice of everyone who rebuilt the rest.
This is a quarter, not an entry in the atlas. It resolves upward to the city that holds it.
