The estate of fifty-seven homes opened in 2020 on the Cooper's Hill site of the Royal Indian Engineering College, which trained engineers for India from 1870 to 1905. Its own copy says the charter was signed in these grounds, and both halves are wrong: Magna Carta was sealed, not signed, and the meadow named in its dating clause lies below the hill, not on it.
This is an estate, not an entry in the atlas. It resolves upward to the city that holds it.
