A crescent of stuccoed houses built by Thomas Cubitt in the 1820s on the Grosvenor estate, curved because a straight terrace of that length would have looked like a barracks. Three whole houses on it changed hands within thirteen months in 2025 and 2026, two of them above thirty-three million pounds, which is a concentration no district page can carry.
