Three oceanfront parcels were assembled here for ninety-four million dollars in 2014 and sold as one for a hundred and ten two years later, which is the clearest demonstration on this coast that the assembly is worth more than the parts. Jackson Pollock and Lee Krasner lived a few minutes away, and the lane was farmland within living memory.
This is a street, not an entry in the atlas. It resolves upward to the city that holds it.
