A barrier spit with the ocean on one side and Shinnecock Bay on the other, wide enough for one road and the houses along it, which is why it is called Billionaire Lane and why the ocean is taking it. Number 700 sold for a hundred and twelve and a half million dollars in 2024 across eight acres with about five hundred feet of frontage.
