Budva

The old town was rebuilt stone by stone after the 1979 earthquake, and inside its walls the streets are medieval Venetian while the beaches beyond them belong to a resort strip that runs day and night in August. The coast runs both ways from here: sveti Stefan is fifteen minutes south, Kotor's fjord forty minutes north.
