The Nanfeng kiln at Shiwan has been fired continuously for around five hundred years, the oldest working dragon kiln in the world, and Foshan ceramics roof temples across Guangdong. The city is also the home of Wing Chun — Ip Man taught here before Hong Kong, and Bruce Lee's ancestral village is nearby.
